Get Moving on Friday March 1st!

Put the date in your diary and please share this with anyone you know! Get Moving, the new exercise class for people with ongoing, chronic conditions, will start on Friday March 1st.

If you find it hard, difficult or maybe a bit scary to exercise or even start exercising because of your medical condition, why not let us help? For a limited 12 week trial run, we will be running Get Moving exercise classes at Steeton Cricket Club. 2 classes each Friday morning for different ability levels.

  • Harder session – 10-11am
  • Easier session – 11:15-12:15pm

  1. My husband and I are both in our 70’s and very unfit! At the moment he has 3 heart blockages and is awaiting heart surgery and I am on a waiting list for a knee replacement in April/May!
    So would we be eligible to join your easier classes?
