Who/What is Rees Fitness?
My name is Cerin Rees and I’m a personal trainer and fitness coach. I train people of all ages and abilities, with great experience coaching people with various medical conditions. I have been able to help people overcome many barriers that they thought stopped them from improving their lives, health and abilities.

What can Rees Fitness do to help me?
I aim to help people solve health, strength and fitness problems, allowing them to do things that they thought were beyond them. For a full list of the specific services I offer, see the front page.
Where will I be training?
I am based in Skipton, North Yorkshire. The Gateway to the Dales! For more information about where we can train face to face, please click here.
When can I train?
You can train any time that I am available. My available appointment times can be found on my Booking page here.
How often can I train?
This depends on things such as your goal and current fitness/abilities. But most people get results from 1-3 sessions a week with me plus “homework”.
How long does the training last?
Each session lasts approx 1 hour.
How much does it cost?
I charge £37 per hour long session for individuals, £45 per hour long session for pairs.
How do I pay?
I will invoice you at the end of the calendar month for face to face training. All online services are paid in advance via this website.
How does small group training work?
Sometimes people don’t want or need exclusive attention from me for the whole training session. Some people much prefer training as a group (I work with groups of up to 2 people at a time for face to face training). The advantages of small group training include:
- The sense of competition/rivalry
- The social aspect of it
- Added accountability
- It is cheaper!
OK, how do I go about hiring you?
Simply click here to contact me through email. We can then arrange a time/place to meet up for an informal chat so I can get an idea of your goals and you can get an idea of what I’m like. You must also first fill out a Health Questionnaire so I know what I am dealing with. From there, we can arrange your first training session!
