Catching up with things…

So things have been happening over the last few weeks, so here is a little catch up so I know where I am and hopefully you do too…

Regular outdoor group training sessions every week!

Sundays, 4-5pm.

These have been going for a few weeks now and so far, so good!  We are using the outstanding grounds of the lovely Broughton Hall.  There are hills, fields, banks, streams, walls…everything you could possibly hope for.  So if you are interested in joining us, click here where I give you all the details…

Fridays, 6-7pm.

We have just started these (1st dress rehearsal was last Friday) at Silsden park.  It went well and no one died and people seemed to enjoy themselves, so we are going to keep them going up until Christmas and see how it goes from there.  These are later in the evening and the nights are closing in.  Because of this, next on my to-do list is to write up a little article explaining good practice for training outdoors in the autumn evenings (keep an eye out over the next few days).

But if you are interested in joining us, click here for all the details…

And finally, in 2 weeks time we are holding our monthly Strength and Fitness Assessment.  See your strengths and weaknesses and see how things are changing.  All the details can be found by clicking here.

How to book these sessions…

You may or may not notice that the way you book these sessions have been changing a bit over the last few weeks.  This is because I am trying to figure out a practical way for it to be done.  Bare with me while i test out a few systems and please let me know if you find good/bad points in the ways I try.  Thank you for your patience…

How to do exercises at home…

And I’m starting to slowly build up a library of “how to” videos, showing the basics of various exercises.  I’m adding to them all the time, but starting with various bodyweight exercises we do regularly in training.  The idea is so we can practice them at home between sessions.  If you have any requests of which ones I could cover, just let me know!

But these are the ones I have done so far:
