I don’t have formal training when it comes to training pregnant women, so it’s up to you if you want to pay any attention at all to anything I have to say.
But I have written a little bit about training while pregnant before, when I researched it for my friend who was pregnant (click here to read what I have written about it).
But you may want to check out this article on the BBC website. It is all about training while pregnant and gives an excellent piece of advice I also give to everyone I train:
“Listen to your body. If you do something that feels wrong, it’s probably best to stop.”
So go have a read of the BBC article now by clicking here: http://www.bbc.co.uk/news/magazine-36402624
And don’t forget to have a read of the things I’ve written about pregnancy by clicking here: http://www.reesfitness.co.uk/taxonomy/term/125
And if you have found any of this useful for you, please feel free to pass my details onto anyone else you think may benefit from training with me. I get almost all my clients from word of mouth, so you would be doing me a huge favour! Thank you!
