Grassington Bootcamp: FREE taster session this Saturday!

This Saturday we are holding the first two Grassington Bootcamps!  These are outdoor training sessions to improve your strength, fitness, mobility and general health.

We are holding 2 sessions…

Session 1 – for beginners, from 2pm – 2:45pm.

This will be an easy session for people new to exercise and outdoor training.  If this sounds like you, join us at Grassington main square for a 2pm start.  

Session 2 – for regular exercisers, 3pm – 4pm.

This will be a tougher session for people used to training.  If this sounds like the thing you enjoy, join us at Grassington main square for a 3pm start.
