I ramble on too much in these things, and I’ve covered this once before, so I’m going to keep this one short and sweet.
A couple of factors many people find difficult in this whole “doing exercise regularly” and “getting a bit fitter/stringer/slimmer” are:
- Difficult finding time to do it.
- Just doing a bunch of “stuff” and hoping it will get you where you want to go.
