What is Online Personal Training?

It is very much like the regular face to face personal training I do and we can structure it towards your needs and situation. Depending on things like your current abilities, exercise history and what you want, we go through a warm up to get your body ready, the training session itself and finish with a good cool down to stretch off.

Is online training for you?

With the world like it currently is, online training is a great help to many of us. In normal times, it is best suited for people who:

  • Are committed to maintaining and improving their health, strength and fitness.
  • Are comfortable using email and video messaging such as Skype, Google Meet, Zoom etc
  • Are not total beginners, but have done at least some sort of basic exercise in their past.
  • Want the knowledge and skill of an experienced coach, but the flexibility and convenience inherent to the web.

How does it work?

  1. Decide which of my Services Available you would like.
  2. Complete the online Health Questionnaire here. It gives me your details and lets me know a bit about you. From this, I know who I am dealing with, what you want and if you will be suitable for online personal training.
  3. We have an online chat where we go over your questionnaire, I ask any additional questions about you, your goals and you ask any of me. Importantly, we also find out if online training is likely to work with you (it is not a good fit for everyone).
  4. We arrange when/how we do the training and you complete my basic online training assessment here.
  5. Pay the fees in advance and away we go!
