Personal Training only

  • Face to face or virtual personal training – 1 hour per session.
  • Full training session tailored to you, from warm up to cool down.
  • Programmed around your needs, goals and limitations.
  • Available for all levels of ability, including Get Moving clients.
  • I am there on hand to answer any questions, explain concepts and reasons and make any adaptations needed.
  • Full training notes recorded and emailed for your records.
1 person = £30/session
2 people = £35/session
3-4 people = £40/session (virtual only)

Personal Training and debrief

    

As Personal Training only, plus:

  • 15 minute weekly online debrief.
  • Review your training sessions, general activities and behaviours.
  • Identify strengths and weaknesses.
  • Plan the week ahead.

Personal Training and Eat Better

    

As Personal Training only, plus:

  • Weekly online coaching through the Eat Better healthy eating and behaviour change course – 40 minutes per session.
  • Learn how to completely change your eating habits for the better.
  • Each week builds on the last.
  • Learn to set yourself up for success.
  • Improve your eating habits one week at a time.
  • Learn how to plan and recover from wobbles.

Fitter, Stronger, Better programme

  • Downloadable, self contained, multi-week training programme.
  • Full instructions for warming up, training and cooling down.
  • Exercise training sessions that build week on week, as you improve.
  • Video clips showing all exercises.

  • Weekly 15 minute online debrief (for accountability, technique checks, Q&A’s etc).

  • Custom made training programme for you and your needs.
  • Training sessions that progress over time as you improve.
  • Full instructions on all aspects of the sessions.
  • Video clips for exercises.
  • Weekly 15 minute online debrief to ask/answer questions and adjust programming as needed.
