Movement Analysis

Do you want to improve your technique in your sport?  Improved technique and movement efficiency can mean improved performance, stamina, power and reduced risk of injury.  I can record and analyse your movements to help you spot where you might be going wrong.

Exercise Workshops

I develop and run my own exercise workshops covering various subjects. These part theory, part practical, workshops are designed to teach people a real understanding of the how’s, what’s and whys of fitness/exercise.
