The format of today is the 10, 20, 30 second superset! You have 2 alternating exercises (you swap between one and the other) and you do 10, 20 then 30 seconds of each.
Todays exercises are the starfish on your right and the starfish on your right. So todays workout looks like this:
- 10 seconds starfish right
- 10 seconds starfish left
- 20 seconds starfish right
- 20 seconds starfish left
- 30 seconds starfish right
- 30 seconds starfish left
And that is it!
