The format of today is the 10, 20, 30 second superset! You have 2 alternating exercises (you swap between one and the other) and you do 10, 20 then 30 seconds of each.
Todays exercises are burpees and sprinting on the spot. So todays workout looks like this:
- 10 seconds burpees
- 10 seconds sprinting on the spot
- 20 seconds burpees
- 20 seconds sprinting on the spot
- 30 seconds burpees
- 30 seconds sprinting on the spot
And that is it!
