Getting out of breath = heart and lung medicine

“Getting out of breath = Heart and lung medicine”

Getting out of breath = heart/lung medicineThe above line came from a conversation with someone earlier today.  They were commenting how there must be something wrong with their lungs because they get out of breath when walking up a hill.

They were very happy when I mentioned there is very good medicine available to help fix that…it is simply do exercise that gets you out of breath.

  • Think of every time you get out of breath, you get a little dose of that heart/lung medicine.
  • And the longer you stay out of breath, the bigger the dose of that medicine.
  • And the more frequently you get out of breath, the more frequently you get that dose of medicine.

It seems they had never thought of it in that way before, but now they “got” what I’ve been rattling on about for years.  Maybe thinking of it in this way will help you, or someone you know?  Give it a try and let me know how it goes…

Now shut up and take your medicine! 🙂
