Before anything else, you can meet up with me for a no commitment, informal chat. This is where you and I discuss your fitness needs/ goals and any injuries/conditions you may have. Feel free to ask any questions you have. You will need to fill out a standard Health Questionnaire (click here to fill out the form). Afterwards, I should have a good idea about you and if you like what you have heard, you can book yourself in for any of the following services I offer.

One-to-one Fitness Coaching

This is the important bit of improving your health and fitness…actually physically doing stuff! We go through a full training session from warm up to cool down via working like a demon! You will also get motivation, education and yes, even homework from me!  This will make you stronger and fitter.

Diet and nutrition advice

We hear almost every day about a new diet we should all be doing.  And how certain foods will almost kill you dead while other “superfoods” will keep you alive for hundreds of years.  And all this can be very, very confusing.  So I can help you cut through all the rubbish so you can focus on the things that are actually important and actually make a difference in your life.

I won’t give you meal plans and I won’t get you to weigh or measure precise amounts of things.  Instead I can help you come to terms with food and make subtle but important differences that can make real and long term changes for the better.

Movement Analysis

Do you want to improve your technique in your sport?  Improved technique and movement efficiency can mean improved performance, stamina, power and reduced risk of injury.  I can record and analyse your movements to help you spot where you might be going wrong.

Exercise Workshops

I develop and run my own exercise workshops covering various subjects. These part theory, part practical, workshops are designed to teach people a real understanding of the how’s, what’s and whys of fitness/exercise. They are ideal for groups of people wanting a deeper understanding of the subjects, but can be easily adapted for individuals. Exercise Clinic

A major reason many people who already exercise fail to achieve their goals, is simply because of simple errors in the way they are doing it.
