Advent challenge - Dec 11
The format of today is the 10, 20, 30 second superset! You have 2 alternating exercises (you swap between one and the other) and you do 10, 20 then 30 seconds of each.
- 10 seconds shadow boxing
- 10 seconds cannonball crunches
- 20 seconds shadow boxing
- 20 seconds cannonball crunches
- 30 seconds shadow boxing
- 30 seconds cannonball crunches
And that is it!
