How to get Fitter

Fitness is good for our body and our minds.

  • Fitness means we can do more things and we can do them for longer.
  • Fitness means we are less likely to just sit around, go stir crazy and get depressed.

But best of all, there a millions of different ways for us to get fitter.  Seriously, if your image of fitness is spending hours and hours running around on a treadmill, then you have a happy surprise in store for you!
