Outdoor Fitness and Strength training. We use the environment and some simple but very effective pieces of equipment to get fitter, stronger and move better.
We train all year, whatever the weather. Yes, even through winter, even when it's raining and even when it's cold.
Top tips before you join us:
- Make sure you have filled out a standard Health Questionnaire for me by clicking here. You only need to do this once.
- Double check the weather by clicking here.
- Wear the correct clothing, depending on the weather.
- Pack a change of shoes and clothes if the weather is looking a bit dodgy.
- Bring your enthusiasm with you!
