So how is it going for everyone so far?  I've only had 1 person tell me they are too scared to even open the Advent Challenge so far!  I'm not entirely sure what to say about that...So straight into todays challenge!

The format of today is the Tabata Superset!  You have 2 alternating exercises (you swap between one and the other) and you do 20 seconds of work followed by 10 seconds of rest.  You do this a total of 8 "rounds". 

Todays exercises are star jumps and single leg squat thrusts.  So todays workout looks like this:

  • 20 seconds star jumps.
  • 10 seconds rest
  • 20 seconds single leg squat thrusts.
  • 10 seconds rest
  • 20 seconds star jumps.
  • 10 seconds rest
  • 20 seconds single leg squat thrusts.
  • 10 seconds rest
  • 20 seconds star jumps.
  • 10 seconds rest
  • 20 seconds single leg squat thrusts.
  • 10 seconds rest
  • 20 seconds star jumps.
  • 10 seconds rest
  • 20 seconds single leg squat thrusts.

And that is it!  A total of 4 minutes, including the rests.  If you can't find 4 minutes to put aside for yourself, then something has gone a bit awry with your life...
