The format of today is the 10, 20, 30 second superset!  You have 2 alternating exercises (you swap between one and the other) and you do 10, 20 then 30 seconds of each.

Todays exercises are squat thrusts and front plank.  So todays workout looks like this:

  • 10 seconds squat thrusts
  • 10 seconds front plank
  • 20 seconds squat thrusts
  • 20 seconds front plank
  • 30 seconds squat thrusts
  • 30 seconds front plank

And that is it!  

It's nearly Christmas, so well done :)
